These missions will be not only possible, but necessary for your very survival in the face of disaster. Okay, that's a little dramatic and doomsday-ish sounding. Maybe not necessary for your very survival, but the knowledge and preparation you will gain will sure make life easier during and after a disaster. They'll also give you peace of mind in knowing that your family will be more ready than they might have been otherwise. Are you game? I'll post a different mission every week or so for those who are up to the challenge of progressing in the areas of home storage and emergency preparedness. We'll make it possible by having missions that will be in manageable chunks--nothing too overwhelming!
We'll educate you in the areas of planning for emergencies, including possible evacuations; short- and long-term food storage; water; shelter; heat, light and cooking; what to do in case of different disasters; sanitation; lots of projects you can make yourself; meals-in-a-bag; shopping smarts; helping your neighbors and community; using plastic totes to make easily identified storage for specific groups of items; first aid; 72-hour kits; car kits; school and work kits; and lots of other things.
